I have stayed at this hotel for several years. I will certainly continue to book here. During my last stay, issues that I mentioned were addressed encouragingly. The hotel seems to improve on already satisfactory service. Breakfast and pool service are noticeably better than before. Room cleaning also seems to run on tighter schedules now.
The coffee at breakfast was not great. I would like to see that change on my next visit.

Breakfast was a delight, with many tasty options to begin the day. the location was certainly excellent. I found myself just steps away from the sandy beach. the hotel also featured a secure parking garage, something of a rarity, and the price felt fair given it was in the city.
i found one very small thing amiss, the gym lacks variety in its cardio equipment.

The hotel had a GREAT location and easy beach access. The pool area offered fine views, a true delight to witness. My room was modern and well kept. It included nice decor.
The room size was a bit small for three guests with luggage.

this hotel served as the perfect base for my daughter's wedding celebrations. the hotel staff were consistently amazing. the food was very nice, management and their team were very helpful. our guests raved about the professionalism and can't wait to return (i included myself in this return trip!).
the only tiny hiccup was the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, but it's understandable given the hotel's popularity.

the location is directly on the beach and the promenade. you can easily walk to jaffa, enjoy the beach, or jog on the promenade (such a romantic stroll!). the swimming pool offers a great view.

The breakfast buffet featured many top-quality foods, a great way to start the day. The staff were very responsive, I appreciated their attention to detail. I also enjoyed the shabbat dinner on Friday evening. It was of excellent quality and generous.

the hotel is a relatively quiet oasis amidst building. the staff is responsive! buffet breakfasts include multiple choices of top quality foods. shabbat dinner on friday evening was bountiful. it was excellent quality. the dining veranda was a treat.
hall lighting is dim. finding my room was a bit disorienting due to the lack of well lit signage. the thermostats were challenging. i would like instructions. the lobby has no bathrooms.
